PURPOSE: To provide the photographing method using a combination of a radiation sensitization screen and the photosensitive material high in sensitivity and especially excellent in sharpness without deteriorating graininess. CONSTITUTION: The silver halide photographic sensitive material having a support of 60-130μm thickness made of polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate is photographed by using the radiation sensitization screen having with a fluorescent body-filling rate of >=68% and an absorbance of >=45% of the X-ray having an X-ray energy of >=80kVp.
