<p>PURPOSE: To facilitate the test and the like by allowing electrical separation of a branched cable thereby limiting the range of service interruption. CONSTITUTION: High voltage cables 3 are electrically connected through a coupling bushing 10, a connection unit 20, and a distribution joint cap 30. The coupling bushing 10 is previously mounted with the connection end of each cable. The coupling bushing 10 has a unit terminal 10B mounted detachably with the connection unit 20. The connection units 20 are interconnected electrically through the distribution electrode 26 of the distribution joint cap 30. Consequently, the circuit is disconnected freely when the connection unit 20 is removed and an insulation blind plug 13 is inserted.</p> |
