<p>PURPOSE: To reduce the cost and size by making independent grooves for receiving individual wires continuously to a common groove receiving a plurality of wires collectively at least in one surface of an insulating plate and widening the independent groove at a required part to form a part for inserting a press contact terminal. CONSTITUTION: Wiring grooves 17 comprising independent grooves 18 and a common groove 17 are made, in a required pattern, in one surface of an insulating plate 13. The grooves 18, 19 are made to intersect substantially perpendicularly each other along the outer edge in the vicinity of the corner part of insulating plate 13 where the independent groove 18 has a width substantially equal to the outer diameter of a wire 20. The wire 20 is inserted directly into the wiring groove 17 in the insulating plate 13 with the surface provided with the wiring groove 17 directing upward. The wire 20 is inserted sequentially into the independent grooves 18 starting from the deepest one. The wire press contact part 22c of a press contact terminal 22 is then press fitted in each terminal inserting part 21. Since conventional wire laying metal is not required, cost can be reduced and since the wires being set, respectively, in the independent grooves are received collectively in the common groove, size of the insulating plate is not increased.</p> |
