<p>PURPOSE: To realize positive heading of wires of different size or in a strip process of different cutting amount by providing a pair of grips interlocked with a member sliding in the longitudinal direction of a wire to be opened or closed in same direction as a blade. CONSTITUTION: A strip part comprises a pair of grips 40 disposed closely to the rear end of a pair of opposing strip blades 30, 30 opening/closing in the radial direction of a wire such that the grips 40 can be opened/closed in the radial direction of the wire similarly to the blades 30. The blades 30 and the grips 40 are opened at first, and then a wire is inserted and supported by a holder arm. The blades 30 and grips 40 then approach the supported wire which is then gripped. The gripping force can be controlled by adjusting the position of a second cam member 42. Subsequently, the blades 30 and the grips 40 rotate relatively to the wire which is cut by a desired amount by means of a first cam member 32 and a drive mechanism 35.</p> |
