PURPOSE: To enhance the productivity and workability in the formation of a waterproof structure for grommet. CONSTITUTION: The injection tube 18 of a filler supply 17 is inserted into an inserting part 11a provided a part for securing the inserting part 11a at a predetermined position of the injection tube 18. A spacer part 11b projects outward from the inserting part 11a and inserted between wires 5 constituting a wire harness W/H thus forming a gap between the wires. It is secured at a position spaced apart by a predetermined distance from the forward end of the injection tube 18. The wire harness W/H inserted into a grommet 15 is pressed against the spacer part 11b to provide a gap between the wires 5 constituting the wire harness W/H and then a filler is injected from the injection tube 18.
