<p>PURPOSE: To realize miniaturization, thin profile, low cost and circuit integration by eliminating the need for an output transformer. CONSTITUTION: The module is made up of an NRZ/RZ conversion circuit 1 converting a received NRZ signal into an RZ signal to provide an output, an output driver circuit 2 receiving the RZ signal from the NRZ/RZ conversion circuit 1 and DC converters 5,6 supplying positive and negative power supplies to the output driver circuit 2. The output driver circuit 2 is made up of a synchronization circuit 3 taking the synchronization of the RZ signal from the NRZ/RZ conversion circuit 1 based on an input clock signal and an SEPP circuit 4 generating a bipolar signal from the synchronized RZ signal.</p> |
