PURPOSE: To convert even variable-length data into data exchangeable data format by inverting endian fast by a small-scale circuit. CONSTITUTION: A transfer start address is set in an address register A5 and the address value is updated by using an address register B6, an adder 7, and an address value generation part 8; and data which is inverted in endian is transferred to a memory, byte by byte, in order corresponding to the set address. The address set in the address register A5 is specified to the memory 3 and specific byte data are read out and set in an accumulator A9. Thus, the address values set the address registers A5 and B6 are updated, the byte data are set in accumulators A9 and B10 and the array of the data is converted in sequence, so the endian can be inverted fast by the small-scale circuit. |
