PURPOSE: To provide the building reform support system, utilizing CAD, which can perform the input of a plan for the room arrangement of a rebuilt or extended part, finish setting, estimation, and estimate sheet generation corre sponding to house reform. CONSTITUTION: This system is equipped with an input device 1, a display device 3, a CAD device 2 which performs room arrangement plan drawing, extended/ rebuilt part display, and finish item display, an estimation device 5 which makes calculations required for estimation, a figure file 4 which stores figure information on plans for room arrangement, an estimation file 6 which contains various estimation results outputted from the estimation device, and a construction kind file 7 which stores the predetermined construction names and finish names; and a part to be extended or rebuilt is specified and then estimation and estimate sheet generation as to only the extended and/or rebuilt part can be performed. |
