The cake doughnut is prepd. by 1) mixing 37% wheat powder, 18% sucrose, 6% egg, 3% margarine, 20% seed oil, 0.5% sodium carbonate, 0.5% artificial leavening agent and 1% edible salt, 2) kneading the mixt., forming it suitable size and shape, and frying at 180 - 200 deg. C edible oil, 3) coating the outer surface of the fried doughnut with about 14% starch syrup, and 4) scattering bread flour on the starch syrup-coated doughnut.
