Flat pedal with adjustable hook for foot for use on bicycles

The pedal has an adjustable hook which acts as a toe-clip. The body of the pedal has an upper surface with two parallel grooves which run in the direction of travel of the bicycle. The hook is formed from a wire which rests in the grooves, and slides in them in order to fit around feet of different sizes. It may be secured with the assistance of a clamping cover, which is fastened to the pedal. The upper surface of the pedal is flat and has holes.
