<p>PURPOSE: To enable immediately confirming good or bad of bypass connection state by using an uninterruptibly exchanging tool for connecting a luminescence element indicating the bypass connection state at the output terminal of a current transformer fixed to a bypass route between source side and load side. CONSTITUTION: Cables 3a and 3b on source side and cables 4a and 4b on load side are connected for bypass with a conductor in tool body, lead wires 16A and 16B and an electrode screw. By exchanging a watt meter 1 in this state, the replacement work for the watt meter 1 can be performed uninterruptively. When the bypass connection is surely dome in this case, current transformers 19A and 19B detect the load current, the LED20A and 20B connected to them turn on. Thus, sure and proper connection can be done. If it is below the minimum turning-on current of the LED20A and 20B, the resistor load R0 separately prepared are forcedly and instantaneously connected in parallel to turn on.</p> |
