The internal facing element comprises a plate-formed basic body (1) and has opening elements such as an opening handle (2), pulling grip (3), and window actuator handle (4). A considerable surface area of the basic body is enclosed by a frame (5) and is provided with a perforated structure (6) formed from several holes (60). The perforated structure serves for the individual attachment and fixing of the structural parts such as a door pocket (7) or an arm rest (10). The parts each have a positioning pin (12) for engagement with a first hole in the perforated structure and at least one anchoring pin (13) for engagement in a second hole. The perforated region is made as a double-walled structure.
