Closure (1), partic. for bottles, cans and tubes of pharmaceutical, cosmetic or chemical products has a fastening part (5) which can be moved on a hinge (8) having an elastic, flexible mounting (19) producing clamping force. The fastening itself may be formed so that the required elastic flexibility is produced to fix in place a packing insert (6) located in a space concentric to the closure. The closure is attached to the container by a securing ring or similar arrangement. The packing insert provides information for the user on use, storage, side effects, etc.
