The kitchen (12), etc. comprises at least one air distribution duct (46) with an air supply distribution (42) and a waste air aperture for the steam, etc. disposed via an exhaust hood (30). The air distribution duct comprises at least one outlet aperture (58), alignable with the steam, etc. generating section (28). This is such that the latter is separated from the remaining kitchen section by air from the outlet aperture upon release of steam, etc. The outlet aperture, i.e. a slot, may extend along the steam generating section between opposite kitchen walls.
