<p>Device for routing a transmission unit (30) in a digital data packet transmission system, the transmission unit (30) being designed to receive an incoming data packet flow (Fep), process it and transmit it to at least one receiving unit (40). The routing device separates the incoming data packet flow into several data packet flows (FHP, FMP, FLP), each separate data packet flow (FHP, FMP, FLP) conveying the flow of incoming data packets having the same priority. According to the invention , the routing device (31) consists of a plurality of queues (FIFOH, FIFOM, FIFOL), and a data packet switching device (DAP) for directing each incoming data pack flow (HP, MP, LP) to the input of one of the queues (FIFOH; FIFOM, FIFOL), the queues (FIFOH, FIFOM, FIFOL) being read sequentially.</p> |
