The bindings have two rigid superposed discs by which their angle can be adjusted. They are held in two positions by a pin (1) clipping into two hollows in the disc of one binding (101a). One end of a cable, moving the pin, is connected to the pin and its other end is connected to the other binding (101b). The cable can be moved by the back part of the binding (3a) or be a pedal (3b). It can be moved by a lever (3c), a push button under a pedal (3d) or by the back stirrup (3e) of the binding.
