PURPOSE: To suppress characteristic change due to temperature change by inserting a holding member into a hole provided on a dielectric core and engaging a claw part at the tip of the arm part of the holding member with the engaging part of the opening circumferential edge part of the hole of the dielectric core. CONSTITUTION: A bar 20 for characteristic adjustment is inserted from the direction of the claw part 11 of the holding member 8 into the member 8, and the bar 20 is held with the member 8 by screwing a screw part 18 in a screw part provided on the main body part of the member 8. In such a way, the distance L from a position (screwing position of screw part 18 in member 8) where the bar 20 is held to a dielectric bar 19 is set nearly equal to distance L from a position where the main body part of the member 8 is abutted with the dielectric core to the holding part of the bar 20. Therefore, the expansion/contraction of the member 8 and that of the bar 20 can be offset even when the temperature change occurs by composing the bar 20 and the member 8 of materials of nearly the same coefficient of linear expansion, and the position of the dielectric bar 19 can remain unchanged, which suppresses the characteristic change. |
