The hair band reduces a sense of oppression and disheveled hair by using cushion member. The manufacturing method for the hair band comprises: feeding the core material(1) continuously; cutting the cushion member(2) from rolled cushion sheet and joining the cushion member on the surface of core material with bonding agent; covering the cushion member with covering material(3); and joining tape material(4) with spraying layer of bonding agent to the back of the core material.
