The windscreen glass is formed from four different layers of material. The layers includes an internal glass layer (1), an infrared reflective layer (3), an intermediate thermoplastic layer (10) and an external glass layer (12). A defined surface region (8) is positioned in the IR ray path. Except for this defined region, reflection and/or absorbtion of waves in EM invisible wavelength spectrum used by the transmitter and/or receiver is performed. Reflection and/or absorbtion is performed by a reflective coating which covers all of the glass except the defined area. |
