The photographic copier has a first exposure device (1) for a positive or negative photographic original (N) and a second exposure device (2) for imaging an image screen original (46) onto the photographic copying material (P). The second exposure device uses a CRT (20) positioned at right angles to the exposure beam of the first exposure device, the image displayed on the screen deflected through 90 degrees by a deflection mirror (23) incorporated as part of the optical imaging system (21), together with a colour filter (22) and an objective lens (24).
