PURPOSE: To obtain a capless pen having structure of easy assembly by advancing a refill by knocking action to project from a pen core and delivering ink to the pen core by the pressing movement of the pen core after the ink being retained temporarily. CONSTITUTION: A fixed cylinder 3 is fixed in the front inner hole of a shaft cylinder 1, and a sliding cylinder 4 is installed movably back and forth in the front inner hole of the fixed cylinder 3. A lid part 5 is pivoted on the outside of the end of the fixed cylinder 3 to contact closely the surface of the end of the sliding cylinder 4. A refill 7 is mounted bondably at the position of retreating back and forth to the shaft cylinder 1 to contact closely and slidingly the inner circumferential surface of the siding cylinder 4 on the outer circumference of its tip part 18. Springs 21, 22 are energized between the refill 7 and the sliding cylinder and between the refill 7 and the fixed cylinder 3, a lid part 4 is opened with the sliding cylinder 4 interlocked by the advance of the refill 7, and a pen core 20 is made to protrude from the end opening 1a of the shaft cylinder 1. Bonding parts are installed in the inner hole of the sliding cylinder 4 and on the outer circumference of the tip of the refill 7, and the pen core 20 is moved backward and closed by the retreat of the refill 7. |
