<p>PURPOSE: To provide a laminating method which can be suitably used for laminating a relative rigid base material and a relative plastic skin material with each other, and which can completely eliminate the use of materials for the lamination. CONSTITUTION: With the use of a punch cutter (male cutter 5) in which a part of a cut end of one of male and female parts is cut so as to form cutout parts 6, 7, and the engaging depth of the punch cutter is adjusted to a degree such that an incomplete cut-off piece from a skin material is retained in a punched hole in a base material, before the punching. Thus, when the skin material is punched out, thus obtained cut-off piece and the skin material body are connected together with a band-like piece, and are fitted in the punched hole, and thereby it is possible to laminate the skin material with the base material due to the contract resistance in the punched hole.</p> |
