<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a color filter having a blue film layer having excellent color characteristics. light resistance. and heat resistance by using a specific anthraquinone compd. or its water-sol. salt or their mixture, CONSTITUTION: An anthraquinone compd. represented by the formula (R1 , R2 , and R3 are each H, 1-5C alkyl, 1-5C alkoxy, halogen, sulfo, hydroxyalkyl, or alkoxyalkyl; and R4 is sulfo) is used. A film (e.g. of gelatine) is dyed using the compd. e.g. by immersion, ink jetting, or printing, immersion dyeing with an aq. soln. being esp. convenient. In the immersion dyeing, a substrate with the film formed thereon is usually immersed at 10-100 deg.C for 10sec or longer in a dye bath contg. water usually contg. 0.1-30g of the anthraquinone compd. or its water-sol. salt per 1l of water, taken out of the bath, washed with water, and dried. Glass, a silicon wafer pretreated with a silane coupling agent etc., are used as the substrate.</p> |
