<p>PURPOSE: To prevent anti-theft mechanism from being switched by mistake by providing a lock lever, an anti-theft member, a motor, a control part and a voltage switching circuit. CONSTITUTION: A motor 4 is provided to switch a lock lever into a lock position by normal rotation by the specified quantity, to switch an anti-theft member 29 into an anti-theft position by further continuing normal rotation, to reset the member 29 by reverse rotation by the specified quantity and to switch the lock lever into a release position by further continuing reverse rotation. A control part 46 is provided to perform lock control of switching the lock lever into the lock position by the motor 4, anti-theft control of switching the member 29 into the anti-theft position, and release control of switching the member 29 into the release position while keeping the lock lever in the lock position. The control part 46 is stored with the aptitudinal voltage band of a battery 52 that can meet the expectation of normal control by the motor 4, and when the voltage slips out of the aptitudinal voltage band, the battery voltage applied to the motor 4 is regulated by a voltage switching circuit 53.</p> |
