<p>PURPOSE: To carry out the effective ventilation by a method wherein a cold and heat accumulating layer for accumulating terrestrial heat is formed in air spaces in gaps in cobble stones under a concrete floor, and air passages connecting the cold and heat accumulating layer or spaces around the layer with rooms are provided. CONSTITUTION: A cold and heat accumulating layer 3 is formed by filling a space in the height of 20cm or above under a concrete floor 2 with a number of cobble stones, and terrestrial heat accumulated in the cold and heat accumulating layer 3 is transmitted to rooms 6 through a space 8. Air pipes 13, 12, 16 and 14, communicating respectively with the rooms 6, the space 8 around the cold and heat accumulating layer 3, a space 11 in an attic, and the outside, are connected with one another at a connecting part 15. Terminals are provided in an ventilation layer 4 inside a floor for the air pipe 12 communicating with the rooms 6 through the connecting part, and air cooled or heated in the cold and heat accumulating layer 3 is transmitted to the rooms through the air in the ventilation layer 4. Therefore, cooling and heating, and ventilation of air can be effectively executed by utilizing natural power.</p> |
