PURPOSE: To provide a wire for cutting work, which is hard to be cut off and can cut off at a high speed so that the life and efficiency thereof can be improved, by collecting a plurality of strand wires so as to constitute the wire for the cutting work. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of strands consisting of steel, etc., are collected so that one wire for cutting work is formed. Hereby, the wire may not to be cut off as a whole even though one strand out of strands is cut off so that life as the wire of the cutting work can be lengthened and the wire can be repeatedly used. Also, as the wire is hard to be cut off, the diameter thereof can be diminished, cut parts can be diminished, and material loss can be reduced. A stranding method (strand wire structure, (a)) or a method for coiling around a core wire (covering structure (b)), can be adopted as a strand collecting method. Further, multi-strand wire structure or multi-covering structure can be adopted. However, simple strand wire structure is the most effective method in view of the cost. |
