摘要

PURPOSE: To improve the decarburizing reaction together with dephosphorizing reaction at the low carbon concn. stage in a bottom-blowing converter steelmaking method. CONSTITUTION: At the time of the refining in the bottom-blowing converter, the decarburization in the molten steel is executed only by blowing with pure gaseous oxygen from a bottom-blowing tuyere at the low carbon concn. stage of <=0.3wt.% of carbon contact in the molten steel, and the pure gaseous oxygen is blown together with CaO-base flux under condition of >=2Nm<3> /min/t-molten steel of gaseous oxygen supplying speed and >=1.0×10<6> Pa of tuyere pressure.
