STRUCTURE OF RECORDING HEAD PART, RECORDER, AND THEIR MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE: To make a recording dot small by a method wherein the expanse of an inner wall surface of a discharge opening of a recording material is decreased toward an outlet from which the recording material is discharged by making an angle made by the inner wall surface of the recording material discharge opening and a surface of the recording material larger than a specific angle. CONSTITUTION: A taper angle of a vaporization hole 23 provided to a cover body 20 isα1, and a taper angle of a vaporization part 17 provided to a head member 14 isα2. Both are processed by a dry etching process by using glass as raw material. Then, after etching a base member 14 and the cover body 20 are welded by fusion in glass under a pressurized state, and bonded to each other via a glass layer GL. In order to obtain thick distinct and excellent recording without expanding a recording dot, it is most important to make the taper angles at least 60 deg. approaching to 90 deg. as far as possible. A required purpose can be attained by realizing both of the taper angles about 80 deg.-85 deg..
