<p>PURPOSE: To provide an inverter system for ship which can minimize the number of inverters installed and substantially reduce the cost of equipment. CONSTITUTION: While a plurality of inverters 5A, 5B are provided between a main generator power source 1 and main propeller device motor 2 and between thruster motor 3 and cargo pump motor 4, a plurality of windings of the main propeller device motor 2 are connected respectively to the inverters 5A, 5B through change-over switches 8, 9. Also, the thruster motor 3 is connected to a plurality of cargo pump motor 4 through change over switches 10, 11, 12 and inverter 5A, and the other inverter 5B is connected to a portion of the cargo pump motor 4 through a change-over switch 13.</p> |
