PURPOSE: To favorably control the pressure of an evaporator irrespectively of conditions of installation of an apparatus, differences between individual components and the like. CONSTITUTION: In accordance with an information which judges based on a condensation temperature detected by a temperature sensor T4 and a number of revolutions of an air cooling fan 17 whether favorable control is performed or not, a CPU in a controller 30 performs switchover of parameters for an optimum regulator, which is designed using observers of different characteristic values previously stored in a memory in the controller 30, to calculate a number of revolutions of the air cooling fan 17 so that the air cooling fan 17 is driven by a motor M1 on the basis of the result of the calculation. |
