PURPOSE: To permit heating, cooling and sufficient ventilation. CONSTITUTION: In order to control a duct type whole building summarized air-conditioning system, in which conditioned air is circulated through ducts 33 to effect heating, cooling and ventilation of respective divisions 11 in a building 10, every divisions 11 are provided with a damper 35 for regulating air volume between the ducts 33. Heating and cooling mode, heating or cooling the sending air and effecting heating and cooling by opening the dampers 35 of only the objective divisions of heating and cooling, and all divisions ventilating mode, stopping or reducing the capacity of heating or cooling of sending air and effecting ventilation by opening the dampers 35 of all divisions, are controlled selectively. |
