PURPOSE: To provide an ultrasonic treatment apparatus capable of preventing the irradiation of a part other than a region to be treated with intensive ultrasonic waves. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic treatment apparatus is equipped with a positioning amplifier 7 outputting weak positioning ultrasonic waves to an ultrasonic vibrator 3, a heating power amplifier 9 outputting intensive ultrasonic waves for heat treatment to the ultrasonic vibrator 3 and the controller 11 controlling the positioning amplifier 7 and the heating power amplifier 9. Further, an ultrasonic imaging probe 5 and an operation part 25 calculating the change of the reflected wave signal in the vicinity of the focus of the ultrasonic vibrator 3 on the basis of the reflection signal obtained from the ultrasonic imaging probe 5 are provided. |
