PURPOSE: To prevent the outflow of ink outside an ink receiving cylinder caused by the backflow of the ink by connecting directly medium-viscosity water-base ink with thixotropy with the inside of an ink receiving cylinder, and installing a follower in the rear of it. CONSTITUTION: Medium-viscosity water-base ink 2 with thixotropy is connected directly with an ink receiving cylinder 1 made of transparent or translucent plastic. Although the ink 2 is extremely poor in fluidity in a stationary state, its viscosity is reduced by the rotation of a ball in the ball part of the tip 3 in the front end opening 1a part of the cylinder 1 so that the ink becomes fluid. A follower 4 is installed in the rear part of the ink 2. In addition, a tail cock 5 having a ventilation hole 6 which is a ventilation means for outside air is fixed in the rear end opening part 1b of the cylinder 1. |
