PURPOSE: To provide the operation control device of an elevator in which charges of the operational direction of an elevator is spontaneously transmitted to waiting passengers on a landing, and more reasonable call response service is realized. CONSTITUTION: This elevator is provided with a landing information device 2 transmitting the present operational direction of the elevator to waiting passengers on a landing, an information device 4 in a car transmitting the actual operating direction to passengers in a car and previously transmitting the purport to the passengers in the car when the present operational/direction is different from the actual operating direction, and a operation control device 6 paying attention to the operational direction at that time and the condition of a landing call on one floor this side of the next prearranged stopping floor, and deciding the next landing call to be responded when a plurality of landing calls are simultaneously generated. |
