PURPOSE: To obtain a molded article which has low break strength and can be cut off easily and in which defective appearance rarely occurs by forming a resin inflow port in each member which is connected by a thin wall part. CONSTITUTION: When a valve body is advanced, the press crown 11 of a tail cock 10 is pressed which is inserted into the rear end of a shaft cylinder to be fixed. A thin wall part 13 is broken by pressing force, and the tail cock 10 is separated into two members of the press crown 11 and a tail crown 12. The two members of the press crown 11 and the tail cock 10 are connected with the thin wall part 13 in the tail cock 10, which is formed by injection molding. Recessed parts 14, 15 are respectively molded; a resin inflow port is formed at each center of the recessed parts 14, 15. By the injection molding, various materials can be molded into articles with good dimensional stability so that characteristics complying with objects are provided. |
