PURPOSE: To maintain a shape retaining property before sintering by simultaneously sealing an inclusion having a molding flask-like function and a pressure medium function into a flat plate which is a material to be fired and has the height of a wafer shape and a large size ratio of diameter. CONSTITUTION: The material which is to be fired and is formed to a plane disk shape is held above and below by spacers formed to a flat disk shape having the same diameter as the diameter of the firing material by a powdery material which does not react with this material to be fired at and under a desired high temp. and high pressure and which itself is thermally and chemically stable. The integral assembly thereof is housed and installed into a toric molding which has no spacings at its side faces, has a hollow part of a bore to allow housing and installing of the integral assembly, is bottomless and is molded of the powdery material similar to the powdery material of the spacers. Such assembly and molding are put into a glass vessel where the deaerated and hermetically sealed capsule is subjected to hot isotropic pressurizing.
