PURPOSE: To provide a container with a cylinder lock which is superior in a resistance to an offset load to be applied in its handling, of which the structure is strong, and which has a high binding strength. CONSTITUTION: A seat plate 5 with a bend-receiving part 5c at the tip is fixed to a cylinder 27, and a cylinder lock 3 is fixed on a container lid 2. Then, to a shaft axis part 29, a fastening tongue piece 6 which has a rotating shaft nearly at the center and a fastening part 6b and rear receiving part 6c at the front and rear ends respectively is fixed, and a load which is applied to the fastening tongue piece 6 is dispersed around the cylinder axis part 29 and a contact part of the seat plate 5 to prevent a stress from being concentrated to one area. On the fastening tongue piece 6, a locking-indicating part 6e is provided, which is arranged to be seen from a locking-indicating window 4 on the container lid 2 when the cylinder lock 27 is locked. |
