AVOCADO BEAN CURD-LIKE FOOD AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE: To obtain avocado bean curd which becomes a nutritious food well- balanced even in small amount of intake by mixing low-calorie bean curd with avocado to make calorie of the bean curd higher and provide a method for producing the avocado bean curd-like food. CONSTITUTION: This avocado bean curd comprises mixing bean curd with avocado paste. This method for producing avocado bean curd is to grind avocado to afford an avocado paste 9 and charge the avocado paste 9 in an amount of 10-40% based on the soybean milk 7 to soybean milk 7 together with a proper amount of brine 12 or magnesium sulfate and citric acid 13 and mix these components.
