PURPOSE: To offer a driving reaction force supporting structure for the differential housing of a fork lift of differential separation type, with which it is practicable to perform the installation easily using a simple structure with a smaller number of component parts even without using a severe tolerance of processing and to make easily the dimensional adjustment with insertion of a shim. CONSTITUTION: An arm 30a of a carrier cover 30 coupled with a differential housing 23 is coupled with an arm 29a of a front axle bracket 29 fixed to a car frame 28 through a driving reaction force receiving bolt 31 which is installed in the plumb direction. A shim 33 having a notch for threading of the bolt 31 is inserted through a gap formed between the two arms 30a and 29a.
