PURPOSE: To evenly form a gap between an electronic photosensitive body and a development sleeve with a shaft over an axial direction. CONSTITUTION: A fitting part 2b of a shaft member 2 is press-fitted and fixed to faucets 1a formed on both ends of a metal cylindrical base, to form a work W1 . A grinding wheel 4 has a large diameter part 4a for grinding an outer peripheral surface of a shaft part 2a of the work W1 , and a small diameter part 4b for grinding an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical base 1. An adjusting wheel 3 is arranged opposed thereto, to form an infeed centerless grinder, by which the outer peripheral surfaces of the shaft part 2a and the cylindrical base 1. Shaft oscillations of the cylindrical base 1 and the shaft part 2a with a portion near both ends of the cylindrical base 1 as a fulcrum are suppressed 20m or lower, respectively. |
