CONSTITUTION: A data medium has an image forming auxiliary layer 4 constituting a carved image as recording data and is characterized by that the auxiliary layer 4 is composed of a fluorescent member emitting fluorescence by the irradiation with ultraviolet rays and the surface of the carved image 2 is made smooth.
