PURPOSE: To use solar energy as a power source while controlling the supply of hot water from a hot water device. CONSTITUTION: The temperature of water in a hot water device 1 is monitored constantly with a temperature sensing switch 3 to detect the temperature of water in the hot water device 1 kept above a set value with the temperature sensing switch 3 and a detection signal is outputted. A drive section 5 is driven by the electric energy of a solar cell 2 according to the detection signal, used as a start command, from the temperature sensing switch 3 to drive and control a feed water pump 4 so that the supply of hot water from the hot water device 1 is controlled. Moreover, a DC motor is used as the drive section 5 to drive and control the feed water pump 4 by means of the DC motor according to the output voltage of the solar cell 2. Thus the hot water with a fixed temperature is supplied despite variations in rising tendency of the temperature of water in the hot water device 1 due to variation of solar energy. |
