PURPOSE: To simply obtain the subject clear aqueous solution, excellent in stability with the lapse of time and not causing turbidity, etc., even when mucopolysaccharides are blended by mixing royal jelly with benzoic acid (salt) and water under stirring and filtering the mixture. CONSTITUTION: This producing method is to blend royal jelly with benzoic acid (salt) and water, preferably so as to include 0.1-20 (W/V)% royal jelly and 0.01-5(W/V)% benzoic acid and have (1:0.01) to (1:5) weight ratio of royal jelly to benzoic acid (salt) under stirring and filtering the resultant aqueous solution. Furthermore, clearer and more stable aqueous solution is preferably obtained by heating the aqueous solution to 70-90 deg.C and controlling pH to 2.5-9. |
