摘要

PURPOSE: To prevent the malfunction of a communicating means with a simple constitution by suppressing shrinkage of a cover body with the internal pressure of a holder to prohibit the operation of a communicating means when a holder is held in a hermetic state and shrinking this cover body to communicate the inside of first and second containers with each other by the communicating means when the hermetic state of the holder is released. CONSTITUTION: The vial housing space 10 in the holder 4 is maintained in the hermetic state and the shrinkage of the cover body 45 is suppressed to prevent the vial 2 from moving to a front end side even if pressing force acts on the top part 454 of the cover body 45 in the state that a film 6 is held stuck to this container. The gas encapsulated the vial housing space 10 is made dischargeable outside via a bacteria impervious filter 7 and an opening 455 when the container is unsealed by stripping the film 6 while holding a tab 61. The cover body 45 is now shrinkable. A bellows part 451 is deformed and shrunk when the top part 454 is pressed toward the base end. The vial 2 and a transfusion bag are internally communicated with each other via the internal cavities 83, 84 of both top needles 8 when the top part is further pressed.
