PURPOSE: To reduce the production cost of a laminate equipped with a decoration element, and preventing the falling of raised fibers even when a raised decoration element is used. CONSTITUTION: The base material side mold 20 supporting the rear surface of the base material 10 of a laminate and a skin side mold 25 having a molding surface 25a of which the shape corresponds to the surface of the skin 12 of the laminate are made relatively movable to the most approach position and a decoration element 11 is held to the support surface 30b of the leading end of the slide core 30 supported on the skin side mold in a slidable manner so as to be made detachable therefrom. The molten synthetic resin from a resin supply device 22 is charged in the space formed between the surface of the base material and molding surface becoming the most approach state and the decoration element to form the skin covering the surface of the base material and the decoration element is fused to the surface of the skin. The decoration element is sucked and held by applying negative pressure to the pipeline provided to the support surface formed to the skin side mold and, after the filling with the synthetic resin, positive pressure may be applied to prevent the contact of the decoration element with the support surface.
