PRODUCTION OF GLASS CERAMIC GREEN SHEET

摘要

PURPOSE: To make via-holes fine and high density by changing a powdery starting material containing B2 O3 -containing powdery glass which is wet-ground in an org. solvent to a slurry in the org. solvent containing a binding agent and subjecting to a sheet forming. CONSTITUTION: 100 pts.wt. powdery starting material containing 90-30wt.% B2 O3 -containing powdery glass and 10-70wt.% powdery ceramic is wet-ground for 10-100hr under the presence of 30-150 pts.wt. org. solvent which does not contain alcohol and 0.5-10 pts.wt. org. binder, 0.1-4.0 pts.wt. plasticizer, 0.1-3.0 pts.wt. dispersant at need to obtain the powdery starting material. This powdery starting material is dispersed in the org. solvent containing at least binding agent to obtain the slurry. This slurry is subjected to the sheet forming.
