PURPOSE: To provide a damaper mechanism gradually decreasing the opening speed of a lid member. CONSTITUTION: A card P having phone numbers recorded thereon is received in a container main body 11 and a lid member 12 is connected to the container main body 11 at the rear position thereof in a revolvable banner. First and second pins 40, 45 are provided to the base part of the lid member 12 and supported by the pin receiving holes 42, 43 provided to the container main body. An oval part 45A is provided to the second pin 45 and an elastic ring 55 is fitted to the oval part 45A in an oval shape. The elastic ring 55 is positioned within the guide surface 47 provided outside the pin receiving hole 43 supporting the second pin 45. An inward protruding part is provided to the guide surface 47 and, when the elastic ring 55 is revolved by a predetermined angle, the elastic ring 55 comes into contact with the inward protruding part frictionally to gradually decelerate the opening speed of the lid member 12. |
