PURPOSE: To improve manufacturing assembling properties by reducing a vessel drum, to increase the space of an accessory facility in the drum, to reduce the cost of a sealed part and to improve the reliability of the sealed part. CONSTITUTION: Fluid in a tube is fed through an inlet 9 of a tube, a lower plenum 11, many heat transfer tubes 7, an upper plenum 12 and an outlet 10 of the tube and discharged out of a heat exchanger. On the other hand, fluid out of the tube is discharged from an inlet nozzle 3 out of the tube through a shroud inlet window 5, a shroud, a channel between the drum and the plenum 11 and an outlet nozzle 4 out of the tube out of heat exchanger to heat exchange the fluid in the tube with the fluid out of the tube. In this case, thermal expansion occurs between the drum 1 and the tube 7 and the shroud 2. If the temperature of the fluid in the tube is low, the drum 1 is extended down, and a gap occurs between aϕring 17 and a seal ring 15. The own weight of the shroud 2 overcomes the clamping force of a shroud clamping bolt 21 to slide the shroud 2 down, thereby holding sealability.
