摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To keep speeds of respective stands uniform by setting a value calculated from the actual speed of a stand with a low response and the predicted value of an actual speed calculated from a speed command as the speed command of a stand with a high response except the time of a zero start, and finding the speed command of the stand with a high response from the speed command of the stand with a low response at the time of a zero start. CONSTITUTION: Except the time of a zero start, by adjusting a stand B possible to make a high response to a high response, a value calculated from the actual speed of a stand A with a low response and the predicted value of an actual speed calculated from a speed command is used for the speed command of the stand B with a high response. By allowing the stand with a high response to follow up this speed command, even if stands with different responses exist in the same tandem mill, the uniformity of speeds of respective stands can be kept. At the time of a zero start, by finding the speed command of the stand B with a high response from the speed command of the stand A with a low response, a speed command necessary for the stand with a high response to perform a zero start is acquired. Consequently, the yield and the quality of a product can be improved.</p>
