<p>PURPOSE: To enhance solid-liquid separation capacity by repeatedly increasing and decreasing the pressure in the airtight chamber provided on the rear side of a screen provided under tension in an inclined state while allowing a raw material to be treated to flow down along the surface of the screen and forcibly squeezing out a liquid component while allowing air to always flow through the raw material to be treated. CONSTITUTION: When livestock excretion (raw material to be treated) 2 is treated, an airtight chamber 3 is alternately increased and decreased in pressure by a reciprocating mechanism 7 and air sucking operation is performed through a screen 1 provided under tension in an inclined state when pressure is reduced while air emitting operation is performed when pressure is increased. The raw material 2 to be treated is supplied to the start end of the screen 1 while these operations are repeated. The liquid component in the raw material 2 to be treated is squeezed out to the airtight chamber 3 by the air sucked into the airtight chamber 3 from the outside when the raw material 2 to be treated on the screen 1 is sucked. At the time of the emission of air, air is allowed to flow through the screen from below to above and brought into contact with the raw material 2 to be treated to effectively perform aeration.</p> |
